Suffer from headaches and fatigue? Acupuncture can help

Chronic migraines and tension type headaches are the two common types of chronic headaches. Chronic migraines affect one side or both sides of the head, sufferers have a pulsating and throbbing sensation and they often have moderate to severe pain. Migraines are often accompanied with nausea, vomiting or both and sensitivity to the light and sound. Tension-type headaches affect both sides of the head causing mild to moderate pain with pressure and tightening. People with headaches are very likely to suffer from fatigue. Fatigue is that sufferers experience extreme tiredness and feeling exhausted. Patients with recurrent or chronic headaches and/or chronic fatigue are suffering from inadequate blood flow to the brain that results in inadequate brain oxygen levels causing fatigue. Patients also have difficulty to concentrate.

Acupuncture can help reduce headaches both migraines and tension-type headaches and reduce fatigue.
