Always feeling tired and lack of energy can make you exhausted. You would wonder why this is happening to the body. Chronic fatigue Syndrome is persistent fatigue that cannot be alleviated with sleep or rest, and that is exacerbated by physical or mental activity. Severe fatigue can be accompanied with muscle pain, poor memory and concentration, joint pain, headache, poor sleep etc. New research showed that chronic fatigue flare-ups can be triggered by mild to moderate muscle and nerve strain.
A research studied the effect of acupuncture on chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and idiopathic chronic fatigue (ICF). The result has shown that 4 weeks in addition to usual care may help improve fatigue in CFS and ICF patients.
