Feeling tired, dull and drowse all the time? You are not alone. Acupuncture can help to boost energy

Of course, it is understandable, if you have any conditions, you may feel tired all the time because of the illness, such as thyroid does not function properly. Or if you have any deficiency of vitamins or minerals, you may feel tired all the time. The thing is that when you see doctor and get it checked out and you are told there is nothing wrong and all the tests are normal. Why is that? There is something else that can make you tired. Dehydration, without adequate fluid intake, blood pressure drops, slowing delivery of oxygen to the brain, which can leave you feeling flat out. Drinking more water is an easy solution. Too much alcohol, alcohol relaxes you initially, but it can comprise sleep and make the body dehydrated and make you tired after a while. Drinking less or stopping drinking can help. Lack of quality of sleep. Over stimulating the brain before going to sleep can make you wake up at the night or does not go to natural sleep cycles, people use too much technologies before sleep such as smart phone, tablets, computers, etc. which disturb the quality of sleep. Drinking too much coffee can over stimulates the brain as well. The solution for this is relax before going to bed and take away from smart phone and tablets and of course coffee. Too much sugar such as biscuits, chocolate and crisps cause sharp spikes then dips in blood sugar that can leave you flagging and irritable. Stress, stress can make the body exhausted. Inflammation, inflammation can make you feel exhausted too. People often don’t realise how much inflammation you have in the body. If you have chronic pain, you have inflammation in the body. Tension, body tension can compromise blood circulation and energy supply to the body which makes you feel tired all the time. Acupuncture can help reduce stress, inflammation and tension in the body and help to boost energy.
